The place is a quiet suburb There are people lving in one of the units downstairs, Secure even for ladies travelling alone There are two apartments and an annexe.The bedrooms are carpeted and airconditioned Bath room has tub, hot and cold running water marble floor Kitchen has hotwater, cooking equipment cutlery and crockery Living room has dining table, cable tv, (cnn, bbc, star tv, cartoon network, zee tv and malayalam channels. The family that lives downstairs own and runs the service apartments ( or homestay ) they are available all the time to guide and protect you there. Attractions are that, this place is " Close to the backwaters, the Dutch palace of bolghatty , and it is about ten kilometers from Fortkochi, Vypeen and 20 kilometers from Cochin International airport If you need to be picked up from the Cochin (Kochi) airport, it could be done. There is arrangement for food delivery (Indian, Continental, Malayali and Chinese)

Prices For a one bed room (with twin beds) plus living room apartment, the rate is RS 800 per day. (minimum three days, one week booking, at Rs 700/per day) Can opt for extra airconditioned rooms at nominal rates
